ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.r.swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.The sentence imposed on the petitioner was suspended vide order dated 28.06.2024. The petitioner was directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 am. The petitioner thereafter filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8658 of 2024 and the condition earlier imposed was modified and the petitioner was directed to sign before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, 2/4

Pudukottai District on every Monday at 10.30 am. The petitioner seeks modification of this condition also.

3.We are satisfied that a case for modification has been made. The condition imposed on the petitioner stands modified.
