The instant Writ Petition has been filed by an Anganwadi employee working in the third respondent institution, seeking a mandamus to promote her as a Supervisor based on her representation dated 06.11.2024.

2. A perusal of the representation reveals that the petitioner was initially appointed as a temporary employee on 16.12.1993 and later regularized. According to the petitioner, she has completed 30 years of service and is eligible for promotion to the post of Supervisor. Seeking the same, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 06.11.2024 to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Considering the above-said facts, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a Page No. 2 of 4

period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
