ORDER

Thiru.Sabanayagam, Commissioner, Sankarankovil Municipality, Tenkasi District is present before me. He submits that he would adhere to the direction given by this Court on 17.04.2021 in WP(MD)No.27695 of 2023. He states that the petitioner can very well resubmit the application for building plan and that it would be considered on its own merits. He undertakes that the fact that it is located on the scheme road will no be put against the petitioner. Recording the undertaking given by the respondent, this contempt petition stands closed.
