By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with. 2.
This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to implement the order of the 1st respondent passed in Ni.Mu.No.1969/2022/A3 dated 26.05.2023 and to forbear the 2nd respondent from mutating and transferring the patta with respect to Survey No.97/5 in Urappanur Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2024, within a time frame.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that the petitioner has filed this writ petition only seeking to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 26.05.2023 and hence, the representation dated 23.11.2024 made by the petitioner in this regard will be considered. 4.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and carefully perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court hereby directs the 2nd respondent to implement the order of the 1st respondent passed in Ni.Mu.No. 1969/2022/A3 dated 26.05.2023, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2024 in accordance with law, after putting the petitioner and the 3rd respondent on notice. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
