PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to take necessary action against the 4th respondent for his illegal activities by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2024. 1/4

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents 1 and 2 to take departmental action as against the fourth respondent for his illegal activities.

2. A perusal of the affidavit reveals that the petitioner and the fourth respondent were in friendly terms and due to the said effect, the fourth respondent has induced the petitioner to deposit in a finance company and the finance company has defaulted in repayment of the above said amount. The petitioner has given a representation on 19.10.2024, to the educational authorities for initiating departmental action as against the fourth respondent. The allegations made against the fourth respondent are no way connected to discharge of official duties.

3. In such circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities for getting the relief. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
