The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner based on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2024. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submits that the case has bee registered against the petitioner in C.S.R.No.347 of 2024 based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent in this petition and after investigation, the same was closed.

3. In view of the fact that the complaint itself has been closed, nothing remains to be considered further in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
