ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to file the final report in Crime No.8 of 2021 dated 30.06.2021 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 3 would submit that the case has been registered by the District Crime Branch, Kanyakumari. Now the case is transferred to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Thootukudi. Therefore, they are unable to complete the investigation and the investigation is still pending. However, they will complete the investigation within three months.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Thootukudi, to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
