Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records and pass necessary direction for speedy disposal of the petition in I.A.No.18 of 2024, in O.S.No.123 of 2020, on the file of the Court of Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the petition in petition in I.A.No.18 of 2024, in O.S.No.123 of 2020, on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/5

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the above said suit has been filed by the first respondent / plaintiff in a representative capacity for declaration and permanent injunction. The revision petitioners have filed an I.A.No.18 of 2024, for impleading them as plaintiffs in the suit. Since the trial Court is granting frequent adjournments, the revision petitioners seek a direction to dispose of the impleading petition within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is facing trouble at the hands of the respondents herein, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, to dispose of the said suit as expeditiously as possible. 3/5

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, to dispose of the said petition in I.A.No.18 of 2024, in O.S.No.123 of 2020, on his file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
