COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 618 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due the death of the 4th respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent, and to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 to 8 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent and rank them as respondents 6 to 8 in S.A.(MD)No.611 of 2011 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavits filed in support of these petitions.

3. The learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 has not raised any objection to allow these petitions.

4. The names of respondents 6 to 8 have been printed in the cause list.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
