2. The petitioner is the grandmother of the detenue Saikavini. The petitioner's son Vignesh had committed suicide. The child is now with the mother / R3 herein. It is the third respondent who is the natural guardian for the child. The third respondent made it clear that she has no objection for the petitioner to visit her house and see the child every Sunday from 10.00 am till 2.00 pm.
3. Recording the undertaking of the third respondent, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
