This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 07.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16486 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16486 of 1/3

2024 on 07.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly 25 days.

4.
