This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 06.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14965 of 2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14965 of 2024 on 06.09.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the conditions for nearly 5 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14965 of 2024 on 06.09.2024 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. for a period 6 weeks and thereafter, as and when required. sd/- 18/12/2024 / TRUE COPY / 02/01/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
