ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2024 and further direct the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and appoint a special officer to investigate the matter and take appropriate legal action against the offenders .

The petitioner, suspended teacher of Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Committee Higher Secondary School had filed this petition for the reason that she had sent a representation to the respondent police on 06.12.2024 but no action has been taken. The petitioner admitted that she has been suspended and against her suspension she has filed W.P(MD) 2/7
No.2793 of 2024 before this Court and the same is pending. Now she also makes it clear for the suspension she has not sent the complaint. The complaint is that on 21.06.2024 her co-teacher /Uma devi had committed suicide by hanging in her house due to the pressure exerted by Manivannan, Parent Teacher Association President. The said Manivannan has been misappropriating and swindling the school money. which the petitioner had raised and the said Umadevi had also objected the manner in which the Manivannan is acting against the interest and welfare of the students. According to the petitioner due to the act of the Manivannan in abusing her and Umadevi in presence of school students and others the Umadevi had committed suicide, which fact has not been considered by the respondent police.
He further submitted that the petitioner had approached the Superintendent of Police and handed over the complaint in person and the Superintendent of Police has forwarded the complaint to the Additional Deputy Superintendent of Police, who on seeing the petitioner had questioned the petitioner why the petitioner has got so much interest in the death of Umadevi even when her husband Ravikumar had no such objection on her death.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is suspended from the school on the ground of disciplinary action taken by Manivannan. Hence the petitioner has got some animosity against the said Manivannan and making false allegations . In this case the husband of Umadevi has lodged a complaint and on his complaint a case in Crime No. 281 of 2024 was registered for the offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. on 21.08.2024. Even in his complaint he has clearly narrated the health condition of his wife Umadevi and how she would often to depressive mood taking treatment in various hospital and on 21.06.2024 both Ravikumar and Manivannan who were working in the same school came home and had lunch together and thereafter the Umadevi informed that she is not feeling well and asked Ravikumar to inform about her leave. Thereafter in the evening when Ravikumar went home he found his wife committed suicide by hanging. The case has been registered and the investigation is in penultimate stage, the statement of four teachers and neighbours all have been recorded. The 4/7
petitioner has got some animosity against the petitioner and hence has been sending such complaint.

In any event to show the fairness of the investigation the petitioner to appear before the Investigation Officer and the Investigation Officer to consider the petitioner's complaint and also enquire with regard to the averments made by the petitioner against Manivannan and thereafter to conclude the investigation in Crime No. 281 of 2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner will appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 23.12.2024 along with supporting materials. 6.The Investigation Officer to enquire the petitioner, record the statement and thereafter to conclude the investigation in accordance with law.
7. The Investigation Officer namely S.Shyam Sundar, Inspector of Police, Puliyangudi Police Station is also present before this Court. 5/7
8. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
