ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 5 based on the representation dated 27.11.2024 preferred by the petitioner's son with in the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner has sent a representation on Superintendent of Police office on 18.12.2024 fo rwhic C.No.G5/E-901537/816/024 assigned and thereafter no action has been taken, hence the present petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint of the petitioner was received on 10.12.2024 and he petitioner was called and enquired. Thereafter since some clarification to be sought from the revenue authorities a communication has been sent to the Tahsildar , Maanur and thereafter further enquiry will be conducted. 2/5

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner will appear before the respondent police for further enquiry on 27.12.2024.

5. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to apppear before the respondent police for further enquiry on 27.12.2024 and give his explanation and thereafter the respondent police to conclude the enquiry within a period of two months from 27.12.2024.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
