ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / Accused Nos.1 and 2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 r/w. Section 21

(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.388 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When this Court has expressed its mind that this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought for permission to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.
