PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 to modify the condition Clause (I) in Crl.M.P.No.4401 of 2024 by the Principal District and Sessions Court at Srivilliputhur in the anticipatory bail order to deposit the amount of Rs.15,000/- each (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) to the District Legal Service Authority, Virudhunagar District.

O RDER This Petition has been filed to modify the condition Clause (i) in Crl.M.P.No.4401 of 2024 by the Principal District and Sessions Court at Srivilliputhur, wherein, each petitioners were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the fact that even in the FIR, the damage has been stated to be Rs.4000/-, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below to the effect that the petitioners together shall deposit a total sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the District Legal Services Authority, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur. Time to deposit the above said amount is extended for a period of ten days from today and to comply with other conditions. 2/4

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of.
