ORDER

The petitioner had sent a representation on 12.12.2024 stating that the second respondent police is unnecessarily called the petitioner and harassing her under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that CSR is pending against the petitioner. For that purpose, she has been called for enquiry, which cannot be termed as harassment.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had appeared thrice, but the second respondent insisted the petitioner to produce the vehicle of the third respondent. The petitioner is no way connected with the third respondent. Further, on instructions, would submit that as a last chance the petitioner would appear before the respondent police on 09.01.2025.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent, on 09.01.2025. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within one month therefrom. It is made clear that during enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
