R.Balakrishnan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Sakthikumar Government Advocate(criminal) for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
"This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.706 of 2024 on 21.10.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly without fail.
