This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to disburse the EMD and withheld amount for the works completed pursuant to the work order in E7/Est.TURIP-2023-24 Phase-I Pacakage-38/22-23. 1/4

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 19.11.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law to disburse the EMD and withheld amount for the works completed pursuant to the work order in E7/Est.TURIP-2023-24 Phase-I Pacakage-38/22-23 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
