This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner's minor son, 1/4

Ramakrishnan, S/o.Kannan, under the guise of enquiry, without being any substantial complaint on him.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on a complaint given by one Subbiah, a neighbor of the petitioner, against the petitioner's son, C.S.R.No.566 of 2024 was assigned. The same was subsequently closed on 08.12.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
