2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for nine days.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1/3

condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20303 of 2024 on 03.12.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
