This petition is filed to condone the delay of 261 days in filing the review application against the order in W.P(MD)No.2152 of 2024, dated 02.02.2024.

2. The matter is being dragged on till this year even after passage of one and half years from the date of allowing the aforesaid writ petition and the matter is also pending for payment of Batta. This will show the reluctance and inadvertence of the review petitioner in conducting the case and his attitude to protract the proceedings.
