This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.216 of 2021 on the file of the Virudhunagar Rural Police Station, Virudhunagar District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed through e-filing.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned court to take the e-filed charge sheet on record within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is otherwise in order. Thereafter, the court shall take the complaint on file, issue summons, and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
