ORDER

This petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to respondent Nos.2 to 4 in Crime No.841 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19763 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024.

2. In the considered view of this Court, the ground that has been raised in this petition cannot result in cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent Nos.2 to 4.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police on instructions submitted that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and reporting before the respondent Police every Monday and Friday at 05.30 p.m.

4.
