ORDER
This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 14.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19527 of 2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the 1/3
conditions imposed by this Court has been complied by the petitioner for a period of 5 weeks. It is also submitted that the investigation has been completed and the police report has been filed and the same is yet to be taken on file by the committal Court.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19527 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the committal Court during every date of hearing without fail.
