O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction,directing the first respondent to release the original sale deed document vide Document 1/4

No.P64/2024 and hand over to the Petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed either to register the sale deed in question and hand over the same to the Petitioner or issue a Refusal Check Slip in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
