ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to challenge the impugned rejection communication dated 13.11.2024 issued by the second respondent and further, direct the second respondent to consider afresh the petitioner's application dated 28.09.2024 and also to provide an opportunity to pay the necessary fees for electricity connection. 2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order, which is under challenge, was passed as the writ petitioner has not paid necessary charges from the date of application, i.e., on 28.09.2024. 2/4

4.Considering the above submission, the prayer sought for cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondents. On receipt of such representation from the petitioner, the respondents shall consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
