ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.11.2024 and protect the construction of Sri Andara Natchiamman Koil, Kottai Iruppu Village and Post, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is constructing his private temple in the land belonging to the temple comprised in S.No.56/6, measuring to an extent of 0.05.0 hectares situated in Kottai Iruppu Village and Post, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District. While being so, there are some 2/4

third parties obstructing the same. Now, the petitioner is seeking protection from the respondents.

4. Admittedly, the temple is a private temple and it is not coming under the purview of the third respondent. Therefore, if there is any civil dispute between the petitioner and third parties, the petitioner ought to have approached the civil Court for appropriate relief. If there are any illegalities committed by any person, the petitioner can lodge a complaint before the jurisdictional police. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
