ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 13(1)(2) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967, in C.C.No.42 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram in Crime No.72 of 2008 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as an accused in C.C.No.42 of 2011, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, for the offences punishable under Section 13(1)(2) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

3. The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.42 of 2011, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 01.09.2016.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders.
