ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 20.11.2024 on the file of the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the conditional passed by this Court in W.P(MD)Nos.30916 to 30921 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024 has not been complied with by the petitioner in this Writ Petition.

3.In view of the non-compliance of the interim order passed by this Court in this Writ Petition, dated 19.12.2024, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the third respondent dated 20.11.2024. Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
