This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to sit for Environmental Studies and Disaster Management Examination in the (2023 batch) third mid semester to be commenced on 17.12.2024.

2. Mr.A.Thirumoorthy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1, 4 and 5.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am of the considered view that the petitioner should be permitted to write the Environmental Studies and Disaster Management Examination in the (2023 batch) third mid semester to be commenced on 17.12.2024. It is made clear that the 2/4

declaration of the result shall be subject to the outcome of the writ petition. The petition is allowed.
