When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, with liberty to pursue the remedy by filing a statutory appeal before the Revenue Division Officer against the impugned order passed by the first respondent, Tahsildar. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer against the impugned order passed by the first respondent. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
