ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry and to initiate appropriate action against the 4th respondent association and to restrain them from conducting such events in future till they rectify the infirmities based on the representation dated 07.12.2024, within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 2/4

2. Since no adverse order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.12.2024, and pass orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
