COMMON PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bails in Crime no.7 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / A9 and A10, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 423, 406, 420, 506(1) and 120B of IPC in Crime No.7 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought for permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions.
