ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 05.09.2024 made in WP(MD).No.20698 of 2024 1/3

wherein this Court has directed the second respondent to take an independent decision based upon the representation made by the writ petitioner for reinstating him pursuant to the acquittal order passed by the High Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on written instructions, submits that as against the acquittal order, the State has preferred SLP(Crl).No.015997-016006 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3.In view of the above said facts, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority again for reinstatement depending upon the outcome of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. No costs.
