ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 302 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 4. 3.The learned counsel for the first respondent raising some objection sought time to file counter.

4.However, taking into consideration the crux of the issue involved in the writ appeal and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 302 days, however, on payment of costs.
