ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the Sub court, Devakottai to dispose of the Execution petition in (*)E.P.No.10 of 2023 in A.S.No.51 of 2018 in O.S.No.41 of 2017, pending therein within time fixed by this Court. 1/3

2.The grievance of the revision petitioner is that in spite of the fact that the respondent entered appearance in the main EP one year back, so far the matter is not disposed of.

3.In view of the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the execution Court to expedite the above said EP proceedings and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
