This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.946 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already they have filed the final report and the matter has been referred and further action dropped. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
