ORDER
The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 13.06.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.6581 of 2024.

While disposing the writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.6581 of 2024 by its order dated 13.06.2024, this Court directed the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.204 Finance (Health Insurance) Department dated 30th June 2022 and release the eligible amounts in accordance with the said Government Order within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / Insurance Company submits that the United India Insurance Company Limited has settled the amount of Rs.39,312/- being the eligible amount as per the respondent and credited the same into the account of the petitioner. He further submits that the order of this Court is complied with and for the delay caused in implementing the order, he requested to consider the unconditional apology tendered by the respondent and to take lenient view to close the contempt petition. 2/4

Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent / Insurance Company as the eligible amount as per the decision of the Insurance Company is being paid to the petitioner though there is some delay in implementing the order and taking into account of the unconditional apology this Court intends to close this contempt petition.
5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to ventilate his grievance, if he has any grievance against the payment with regard to the quantum of amount settled by the Insurance Company before the appropriate forum. 19.03.2025 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No rgm 3/4
