ORDER

This Petition has been filed to quash the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.8952 of 2024 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 13.12.2024 and to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there is a case and counter case involved in this case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
