This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 200 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents opposed the petition by stating that the petitioner has not satisfactorily explained the delay.

4. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the claimants are not entitled to interest for the default period.
