O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 9/2024, pending on the file of the Respondent Police and file the final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Cr.No.09 of 2024 was registered for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC and 66C of IT Act. Since the offence involves commission of forgery, detailed investigation is required to be conducted and the documents have to be sent for forensic examination.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
