This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 140 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the order made in M.C.O.P.No. 1462 of 2016, dated 15.12.2023, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum Special District Judge, Tiruchirappalli. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.R4 name printed in the cause list, called absent no representation and set ex-parte. The learned counsel for the sixth respondent has no objection in allowing this Petition 3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
