O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Senior Tradesman of the respondent Transport Corporation, seeking a Mandamus to pay the advance amount of Rs.3,80,000/- from the accumulation of employee's contribution standing in his E.P.F. Account No.11690.

2. Seeking the above said reliefs, the petitioner has given an application to the respondent on 30.11.2024. Since no orders have been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner requires this amount to meet out the educational expenses of his daughter, who is undergoing M.E.Communication Systems in Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. 2/4

5. In view of the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to release the eligible amount to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
