The petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.5 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023.

2. Admittedly, the accused in the said FIR has filed a quash petition before this Court and had obtained an interim stay. In view of the same, the direction as such sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
