This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the interim order passed by this Court, dated 15.02.2024, in W.M.P.(MD)No.3440 of 2024 in W.P.(MD)No.3461 of 2024. 2/5

2.The learned Special Government Pleader states that pursuant to the interim order, the private respondents were instructed to stop the construction, which is alleged to have been made on the Government poramboke lands. In this regard, photographs and covering letter has been circulated to the Court for consideration. 3.Taking note of the fact that the main Writ Petition is still pending and pursuant to the interim order, the construction is now put to halt, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the Contempt Petition subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition. (G.J., J.)
