ORDER
The petitioner, who was harassed by the respondent Police to enter into a compromise with the third respondent on their terms, has filed this Criminal Original Petition.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that both the petitioner and the third respondent had lodged separate complaints, which were registered as C.S.R.No.610 of 2024 on 12.11.2024 and C.S.R.No.606 of 2024 on 09.11.2024. Both parties appeared before the respondent Police. The dispute was related to a pathway issue, and both parties have resolved the matter peacefully. They reported that the issue has been settled, and based on the same, both C.S.Rs. were closed. Therefore, the petitioner is no longer required for any further interrogation.
3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
