ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 6 herein to take appropriate stringent action against the respondents 7 to 11 for ex-communicating the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2024 in accordance with law and within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the private respondents and find out whether there is any illegality committed by the private respondents. If there is any illegality committed by the private respondents, the third respondent is directed to take appropriate action as against the private respondents in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
