ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue death certificate of petitioner's mother namely A.Saral, who died on 07.05.2021, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.09.2024 seeking for issuance of death certificate of the petitioner's mother, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
