ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate Contempt proceedings against the 1st Respondent/ Contemnor and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 19.02.2024 in W.P. (MD) No.1546 of 2024.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the knowledge of this Court that the Writ appeal filed in W.A(MD).No.2463 of 2025 and C.M.P.(MD)No.14220 of 2025. An order of interim stay has been granted.
